The Power of Your Brain – Recipe for Happiness!
My passion as a psychotherapist, mother and woman is to shift individual’s self-limiting beliefs and old coping styles that cause pain and unhappiness. I call this Brainsense. Given this is the beginning of a brand new year, I’d like to share a recipe. My intent is to reach as many people as possible to build awareness and potential happiness.
This recipe comes in handy especially when you are stressed, anxious or confused in your life.
Recipe for Happiness
1 cup of Intergenerational beliefs
4 tablespoons of self-limiting beliefs
3/4 cup of old coping styles
2 tablespoons of awareness
A pinch of patience
4 teaspoons of acceptance
1 cup talents and strengths
3 teaspoons of compassion
1 tablespoon willpower
2 teaspoons encouragement
Gently add 2 tablespoons of awareness to the self- limiting beliefs and coping strategies. Then add a pinch of patience, followed by 4 teaspoons of acceptance. Slowly add the intergenerational beliefs. Process with brainwave entrainment, sifting all the ingredients together. Stir and flavour with love. Allow it to sit for at least ½ an hour. Next, add 3 teaspoons of compassion.
Take 2 Brainsense Tips, sift and stir together with laughter and vitality. Each day flavour with ½ cup of curiosity. Because this recipe is influenced by external forces, add a tablespoon of willpower, knead and then garnish with a cup of innate talents and strengths.
Add 3 more Brainsense Tips, mixing together with one teaspoon of encouragement. Finally add another sprig of brainwave entrainment! Voila, joy and happiness!
*Brainsense Tip: For every situation or problem you encounter, look at it from at least 4 different perspectives. When we look at different perspectives our creativity kicks in and resolution becomes less stressful.
