What Are You Doing Right In Your Life? How to release ‘I’m not good enough’ from your life!

Not good enough’ seems to be rampant in our society in different ways. Please join me in shifting this intergenerational belief!

The times we are living in are a landmark moment in history. It is a time for each of us to make a conscious choice of who we are and how we show up; a time for everyone on our planet to wake up.

Most of us live with the feeling that we are not enough. This stems from the old automatic programming of our self critic and the chorus of voices from our past. And yet, each of us ‘is enough’, each of us is perfect in our own unique way. It is time for each of us to step into this “I am enough just as I am“ energy. Some of you may feel that you are already expressing and feeling that way, yes, I am good enough, however is it coming from a solid, deep and authentic knowing or is it simply a logical, “this is what I tell myself to feel better place”?

How do you know?

When you are in your solid ‘enough-ness’, you know your worth, you share your worth with others and you stand firm with boundaries. Most importantly, you feel inner freedom!

When you are in your ‘not enough-ness’ wiring, you may be more reactive in life, play too small or too big, have a difficult time using your voice, making decisions and suffer from imposter syndrome.

It is time to come on a journey to explore your ‘enough-ness’, to explore what you’re yearning for and what you can CULTIVATE TO ENRICH, DEEPEN AND EXPAND your life.

How do we do this?

We are going to use a process steeped in positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness.

Neuroscience shows us that in order to truly awaken our enough-ness, we must turn down the part of our brain associated with the conscious and unconscious rumination about not being enough. Research based modalities (Brainspotting) will be taught to desensitize the ‘not enough-ness programming’ and increase the enough-ness goldmine.

Positive psychology assists us in finding what is right with us, the gems that are often buried by intergenerational patterns of what’s wrong with us. Our brain and central nervous system become hypervigilant, focusing on our weaknesses so we can fix them.

Let me reassure you, you can rewire this programming.
